Twin Cities Premium Outlets

Twin Cities Premium Outlets, only a 10-minute drive from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Int’l Airport in the southern suburb of Eagan, is home to over 85 outlet stores, including: the Nike Factory, a Coach Outlet, Kate Spade New York, Polo Ralph Lauren, Under Armour, and Vera Bradley. Its covered walkways offer a comfortable shopping experience while allowing one to relish the different seasons of Minnesota. The outdoor mall also has a central Food Court building featuring an indoor/outdoor fireplace.

As part of the family of Simon shopping malls and outlet centers, which also includes Southdale Center in Edina, Minnesota (as of 2011), and The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, the highest-grossing mall in the United States, it is currently just one of some 203 properties located across 38 states and Puerto Rico, as well as 13 foreign countries.

In 1993, when the company went public, it had the largest initial public offering (IPO) of any real estate investment trust to date. And over the past five years, in partnership with Authentic Brands Group, Simon acquired both Aéropostale (2016) and Forever 21 (2020).
